As a yoga instructor and holistic nutritionist, I created the Move With Purpose Yoga Class to support beginners who want to strengthen their bodies with clarity, confidence, and compassion. I’m Lissette Cordova, and my mission is to make yoga accessible, welcoming, and meaningful for every student who steps onto the mat.
In this class, I guide you through foundational postures that help you build alignment, strength, and balance without pressure or overwhelm. Each session emphasizes intentional movement so you can understand how your body responds, adapts, and grows.
